We traveled extensively to visit my 2 sisters and Mark’s 8 siblings. On countless occasions, I saw just how mismanaged and uncomfortable some of the vacation rentals we stayed in really were. My philosophy was that you shouldn’t have to be a VIP guest to get the full benefit of a quality rental experience. It was at that point that I opened up my own vacation rental.
